Find an ELREXFIO–Certified Healthcare Provider

Your physician may be a certified ELREXFIO provider, but if not, they can work with a certified provider to determine if ELREXFIO could be part of your next chapter.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires a drug safety program for ELREXFIO due to the risk of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and neurologic problems. This drug safety program, called Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS), requires healthcare providers to be aware of and monitor the serious side effects that can occur when taking ELREXFIO.

That’s why only REMS-certified healthcare providers are authorized to prescribe and administer ELREXFIO. Keep in mind, the certified healthcare providers listed here have opted to be included on this website. Others could be certified and not listed.
